On 26th & 27th February 2026, Dynovia Solutions LLP successfully conducted a high-impact Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Workshop on Logistics & Supply Chain at TMILL’s Corporate Office, Salt Lake, Sector V .

The two-day workshop brought together 22 cross-functional professionals from Purchase, SCM, Railways, Port Operations, Finance & Accounting, HR, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Audit, Data Science, and Freight Forwarding — reinforcing TMILL’s commitment to building a culture of operational excellence across departments.

A Structured Learning Journey – From Quality to Control

The workshop followed a carefully designed curriculum covering:

• Introduction to Quality
• Overview of Lean & Six Sigma
• Deep dive into the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control)
• Practical discussions and applied case-based learning

The detailed agenda spanned interactive sessions, recap modules, and knowledge-sharing forums across both days .

Day 1 concluded with an engaging “Chai Pe Charcha”, allowing participants to exchange thoughts and contextualize learnings within TMILL’s operational ecosystem.

Day 2 progressed into deeper application areas, culminating in a vibrant Q&A session that translated theory into execution-ready understanding.

The Expert Behind the Knowledge Download

The workshop was led by Mr. Nilesh Dilip Bhanushali, Lean Six Sigma Specialist and Master Black Belt Trainer.
Mr. Bhanushali ensured the sessions were not just academic, but practical, example-driven, and implementation-focused.
Participants experienced what many described as a “power-packed knowledge download” — intense, structured, and highly relevant to logistics and supply chain challenges.

The Grand Finale – Interactive Quiz & Tie-Breaker Drama

The workshop concluded on an energetic note with an Interactive Quiz Competition, conducted by Sanjay Gupta and Sudipto Basu, with Rajkumar Mitra as the official scorer.
The quiz tested participants on DMAIC concepts, Lean principles, process metrics, and application scenarios.
The competitive spirit, combined with laughter and quick thinking, made the closing session highly memorable.
